KULAD is passionate about driving our clients to elite levels of motivation and mental toughness, resulting in optimum human behaviour. We combine neuro linguistic programming with elite military behaviours.

Our coaching programs focus on educating our clients on the human operating system, assisting them to rediscover themselves and unlock the highest potential within.

This introductory two-hour program covers:

The role of dopamine in motivation and natural ways to improve your dopamine levels and circulation efficiency

The military Big 4 of Mental Toughness and how to incorporate it into your life

Training and disciplining the mind to single-point focus

The role internal human systems play in motivation growth

Building relationships in business and sales settings

We also offer post-program coaching, tasking, measurement and reporting. We ensure the skills learned become habitual after the initial training to help you become unconsciously competent in the coached skills.

Course Facilitator

Dilshan Kulatunge

Dilshan has completed a variety of courses to achieve a holistic approach to coaching. He is a Master Coach in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Tad James Co, a Time Line Therapy® Master Practitioner, Hypnotherapy Master Practitioner and E-DISC Behavioural Analysis Accredited Consultant. He has a strong business background as founder and director of Tyre Solutions Pty Ltd.
